I am unable to increase our subscription to accomodate additional employees and Xero support keep sending me around in circles because every time I raise an issue I get the same advice which is I have to wait until the end of my billing period to alter my subscription unless I would like to terminate it earlier.

Great accounting product. Some features such as taking photographs of receipts need to be improved on so as to remove the background which is done in QuickBooks i.
Also, if you need to adjust a payment you need to completely delete the payment and download the attachments and re enter them which is a complete waste of time. Thanks for leaving a review.
